Yellow Belt
#1 - Hair grab - LH pulling down at elbow joint, LF stepping forward, RF
stepping behind attacker's RF, RH palm to chin.
#2 - Both hands front neck choke -RH going over attacker's LH and
grabbing, push hand in and turning to the outside.
Gold Belt
#3 - Same side shoulder grab - RH going over attacker's RH and
grabbing, turning your shoulder and attackers hand 90 degrees,
pushing down with L elbow.
#4 - Opposite side shoulder grab - LH going over attacker's RH and
grabbing thumb area with index finger, middle finger and ring finger
and grab pinky knuckle with thumb, turning counterclockwise with RH
assisting.
Orange Belt
#5 - Both hands grabbing shoulders from front - RH going over attacker's
RH and grabbing, turning your shoulder and attacker's hand 90
degrees, pushing down with L elbow.
#6 - One hand grabbing chest area - RH going over attacker's RH and
grabbing turning hand 180 degrees, with LH assisting push down on
wrist and elbow.
Green Belt
#7 - Both hands grabbing chest area - LH pushing on pressure point at
elbow joint, LF stepping forward, RF stepping behind attacker's RF,
RH palm to chin.
#8 - Same side elbow area grab - RH palm coming up to attacker's hand
and grabbing, turning clockwise, pulling attacker towards you.
Blue Belt
#9 - Opposite side elbow grab - LH palm coming over attacker's hand and
grabbing, turning counter clockwise, RH knife hand and pushing down
with wrist on attacker's forearm, RH sliding down attacker's R forearm,
grabbing wrist, LH out to in knife hand to elbow area.

Purple Belt
#11 - Same side wrist grab - turning under attacker's R arm, LH knife hand
strike to rib cage.
#12 - Opposite side wrist grab - LH palm coming over attacker's hand and
grabbing, turning clockwise, with 4 fingers pushing down on
attacker's R forearm, RF stepping back.
Brown Belt
#15 - Both hands grabbing R arm - LH palm coming over attacker's hand
grabbing, turning clockwise, with 4 fingers pushing down on
attacker's R forearm, RF stepping back.
#16 - Belt grab - both hands coming together under attacker's RH, turning
clockwise, pushing on upper arm, LH grabbing hair.
Red Belt
#17 - Both hands grabbing belt - LH pushing down on L thumb nail,
turning counterclockwise 180 degrees and pushing down on wrist.
#18 - Front hug above waist - LH coming behind attacker's back and
pulling, RH palm to chin.
Black Recommendation
#19 - Front bear hug - RF stepping back, knee attack, R index finger to
pressure point 1 inch below Adams apple.
#20 - Behind hug above waist - RH grabbing attacker's index finger,
turning clockwise, pulling down on attacker's index finger.
