Passed the s*cka exam called CCNA with a score of 932, I guess you know

passing

score is now 849.

First, I wanna say I big thanks to you guys (especially Monday and mufasa's

bumps --thanks for your bumps men!)out there for sending the dumps, they

were

quite useful.

Here are some of the questions I got.

(1) how to enable IGRP ROUTING? Router(Config)# router igrp 100.....

(2) why the IOS was deveoloped ? different vendor can work together and blah

blah

(3) Advantage of LAN segmentation? To decrease size of collision domain

(4) Piece of Information from 144.132.25.10- I guess you know it is a class

B

address and that 0.0.25.10 indicates the node portion.

(5) A question about what is true about IP network? Can't remember options.

But

you would figure out the answer if you are smart.

(6) I got a very stupid question about what is the most common layer 2

device.

Options were router, switch,repeater, hub-------------- I choose switch but

not

too sure.

Pls, some one tell cisco that this question is stupid because I feel

different

layer 2 devices would be more common to people in different part of the

world.

You know I am an African.

decimals)

(8) what command specify second sub interface? Interface s 0.2 point- to-

point.

(9) Two correct statements about ISDN - can't remember options (know how

works)

(11) To show IP enabled on interface? Show ip interface

(12) Advantage of ethernet network? Can't remember options

(13) Max distance of 100 base T? 100meters

(14) How to do the normal clock rate? Router (conf-if) clock rate 56000

(15) How to do the normal bandwidth? Router (conf-if) bandwidth 64

(16) command to start rip version 1? Just type in--------- route rip--------

(17) what statement about CIR is true

(18) about typing a command and getting "incomplete message"? type the

command

again followed by ?

(19) command to suspend telnet session? CTL+SHIFT+6 then press X

(20) a technology by catalyst switch to prevent loops? Spanning tree of

course

(21) information about 172.16.*.*? just know it is a private address

(22) a question about router using name Route2 and password

"passrouter1"..what

name and password will the other router use? Just remember that the same

password and the opposite host name of routers.

(23) how to configure ip address? The format is -IP address [subnet mask]

(24) a question about what is contained in []? I guess you should know by

now

that it is for the default settings

(25) sign to know when in privelege mode? #

MY ADVISE TO CCNA WANNABEEEEEEEEES

1 Read the books

2 know the concepts

3 go for hand on experience

4 don't overrrrrrr depend on bumps becos you might be surprised what you see

on

actual exam

5 read over option carefully, because the options are just too trickish

that see those questions are f*cked. The wanna confuse we guys.

6. take your time before clicking the answer.

DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET THE FIRST QUESTION RIGHT--------I think the

s*cka

called c*sco awards 300 straight for getting the first right.
